Your First Visit
Your first visit to Blue Ridge Family Dentistry will allow us to get to know you and also to introduce you to all of our wonderful team members. Dr. Solis will perform a comprehensive examination and we will take all appropriate radiographs. This examination will consist of detailing any oral health concerns you may have, a review of you medical history, a head and neck cancer screening exam, and a thorough examination of your gums and teeth. After the examination is completed Dr. Solis will review these findings with you, and collectively will develop a treatment plan that best suits your oral health needs

How long until I can get an appointment?
Please let us know when you want to schedule your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you. There are times when we have an opening in our schedule where we can make room for dental emergencies. However, to serve all of our patients efficiently and properly, we block out time for each appointment, which means scheduled appointments are our first priority.
What Dental Benefits do we take?
We will maximize your dental benefits when they apply to the services you need. While there are some instances where dental benefits might cover a significant portion of your treatment, you will need to pay the remainder of the fee. You will receive an estimate of what is your responsibility.
We are providers for United Concordia and Delta Dental. We also file most other insurance. Depending on your situation, we might bill you for the entire amount and have your insurance reimburse you directly.

Is my dental treatment going to hurt?
We strive to make every dental appointment as comfortable as possible utilizing topical jells, local anesthetics and if desired, nitrous oxide (laughing gas).
We also offer wireless headphone access to satellite radio and DVDs.
