Ashley-Office Manager

Ashley can be found greeting our patients when you first walk in the door. She has great communication skills and is always doing her best to make sure patients are happy and informed. Ashley loves “up-to-date technology and the excellent dentistry” that we provide.  Her favorite part of the job is meeting all of the wonderful patients and caring for their smiles. When she is not helping keep the office running smooth, Ashley spends time with her friends, family, and her dog, Jackson.

Andrea-Insurance Coordinator

Andrea is usually busy verifying insurance or researching some aspect of dentistry for the office. She is one of a kind. Andrea started off as an assistant and was found to have excellent research skills so she relocated. Andrea makes sure what patient’s benefits are available to them for treatment.  Andrea speaks Spanish and English and is here to help you in any way she can. Andreas interests are photography, reading, and travel.

Cynthia-Treatment Coordinator

Cynthia is Dr. Solis second assistant. She works chairside, assists with our Spanish patients, and sterilizes the dental equipment.  Cynthia’s calm demeanor helps patients feel at ease. Cynthia spends time with her family, including her young son outside of work.

Kelli-Registered Dental Hygienist

Kelli is a registered dental hygienist at Blue Ridge Family Dentistry. She has been a part of our team since 2007.  Kelli moved to Charlottesville in 2004 after getting her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from East Tennessee State University.  Kelli continues to take continuing education courses to increase her level of care for her patients.

Kelli’s personal interests include running, spending time with family and friends, skiing, and watching football. Kelli is a huge fan of the University of Tennessee.

Kelli is a valued team member and puts her patients first. She is very pleasant, thorough and timely. Kelli has had many compliments that patients have never had a cleaning so thorough. We hope you enjoy Kelli’s expertise.

Kim-Practice Adminsrator

Kim is the fire fighter of the practice. Her job is putting out fires and filling gaps throughout the practice. Her duties stem from payroll and errand running to marketing, and chairside assisting when needed. When not at the office, Kim is running her daughter to sporting practices. Kim also spends her time at the gym and outside enjoying nature.
